Captives Free is a recovery Care Group specifically for spouses of men who are battling addiction. The material we use is a biblically-based, time-tested, effective tool in assisting spouses to recover from their partner’s addiction – whether the addict is in recovery or not. This group is not for women dealing with addiction. It will introduce a new way of looking at recovery and transformation.

In all marriages, there are seasons where one spouse is less responsive to the other, for any number of reasons. Addictions have a way of luring people in and trapping them. In the end, they deliver emptiness, death, and destruction. Change doesn't come easily. But change is possible! No matter how many times you have tried and failed, there really is a way through the addictive fog, whether it’s drugs, alcohol, food, gambling, or sex. God is not silent on this issue. His Word offers hope, and that hope is the basis of our recovery groups. Our Men’s recovery group meets on Monday evenings on our Orange City campus.
